How can I pay for goods?

You can pay for goods by a number of methods, PayPal (recommended), credit or debit card

Which destinations do you dispatch to?

We send products all over UK, Europe and selected international countries. Unfortunately we do not ship to any third world countries.

When will my goods be dispatched?

Goods are normally dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. All orders completed by 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), will be dispatched the same day. All orders completed after this time will be dispatched next working day with orders placed after 3pm on Friday being dispatched the following Monday.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices quoted on the website are included of VAT at 20%. A VAT receipt will be sent separately as requested.

What is your returns policy?

We have a full returns policy which can be viewed in the terms section on the website. However, if you encounter an issue with any of our products please contact us first as some problems can be easily rectified without the need to return the product.

How do I know if my order has been received?

When we receive your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

Can I add to an existing order?

You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the Order is confirmed, you can't add items to the same order. If you’d like to order additional items, please place a new order.

Can I place an order from overseas?

Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay for your purchases online using PayPal, Bank Transfer or most major credit or debit cards, including Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to UK, Europe and selective international countries.

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?

Yes, for most items you'll be able to select a preferred delivery date when placing your order. If, for any reason, we can't offer you a choice of delivery dates to pick from when ordering online, in most cases we'll call you to arrange a delivery date as soon as the goods are ready to be dispatched.

Depending on your order, someone may need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the items but you can specify a delivery address different from your home or main contact address, if more convenient. Some orders can be left in a safe place. If so, we'll let you know during the checkout process and you'll be able to provide some special delivery instructions.

When will my order be delivered?

On a daily basis subject to the latest stock situation. If, for any reason, we can't offer you a list of delivery dates to pick from, in most cases we'll contact you to arrange a delivery date as soon as your goods are ready to be dispatched.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

You will receive the order reference no. on you made payment online as a proof of purchase.
