Returns

Top Gift Ltd promise to retail you a top quality product that is fit for purpose.  Should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, then please follow the applicable policy detailed below.

Please return purchased items to us immediately, as we are only able to accept returns for exchanges or refunds, which are sent to us up to 14 days from the date of receipt, or 28 days from the date of ordering, whichever is later.

To return an item, please ensure it is in undamaged, in its original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.  Please pacakage the item carefully for postage. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will process an exchange and send you a replacement, or process a refund of the item price paid, back to the original payment method used. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from our warehouse returns team once your return has been received, processed, and the replacement already on its way to you or the refund already completed. Please allow up to 14 days for you return to be received and processed before receiving confirmation, although we aim to turnaround most returns within a week.

The goods remain your property and responsibility until such time as Top Gift Ltd signs acceptance of the return delivery of the goods. We strongly advise you to use a secure signed-for service. Should you wish to return any goods, please send us an email to info@top-gift.co.uk outlaying your reason for return and ensure you quote your order number so there is not a delay in processing your return.
