Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

Opened earphones or audio accessories

Items showing signs of use or damage

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

Clear photos or videos of the issue

Your order number

Once confirmed, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund, including delivery costs (where applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
